Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with efficiently managing the day-to-day flow of customer interaction while gaining exposure to multiple facets of the company’s operations, including account management, regional sales, and sales operations. This position will be fully onsite and in-person at our Verona, WI location from May–August 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and daily functions related to general business administration with a very hands-on approach. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Perform research independently utilizing various tools to aid in reporting and database maintenance, while problem solving discrepancies by collaborating with other departments
- Assist in completion of customer-requested supplier documentation such as surveys, certifications, and non-disclosure agreements, with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Gain an understanding of company policies, processes, and product information, and respond to customer requests or other internal departments
- Process purchase orders and change orders of varying complexity
- Work on key projects related to processing business transactions and increasing the overall effectiveness of the Sales department
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Prior work experience in an office setting or providing customer service is a plus
- Enthusiasm for problem solving and critical thinking, with the ability to learn new concepts and re-apply them in a dynamic and engaging environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a customer mindset and desire to help people
- Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of expected results
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, with the ability to perform data analysis
