Reliability evaluation and analysis based on MIL-HDBK-217
Maintainability – a focus on increasing Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and decreasing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
Testability – Power-On Self Test (POST), Startup Built-In Test (SBIT), Continuous Built-in Test (CBIT), Initiated Built-In Test (IBIT), and Maintenance Built-In Test (MBIT)
Thermal Qualification – Performed on-site during qualification with environmental chambers
Structural Qualification – performed on-site during qualification with electrodynamic shaker
EMI Qualification
X-ES utilizes design practices to reduce emissions and increase immunity
X-ES works with customers and test labs directly to screen and certify system level solutions
Safety – X-ES designs in accordance with MIL-STD-882D and MIL-STD-1472F
Design Qualification – X-ES performs a first article test to ensure the design meets requirements
