The XPand6103 rugged COM Express® Intel® Core™ i7 Embedded Box PC has undergone strenuous Shock & Vibration Testing per MIL-STD-810F, conducted on-site at our facility in Middleton, WI.

This is one of the many qualification tests our embedded products are subjected to in order to ensure readiness for the environmentally-challenging and extreme conditions that they will inevitably face.

For its Shock & Vibration Testing, XPand6103 experiences 1 hour per axis of the following profile:

• 5 Hz – 100 Hz PSD increasing at 3 dB/octave
• 100 Hz – 1,000 Hz PSD 0.1 g²/Hz
• 1,000 Hz – 2,000 Hz PSD decreasing at 6 dB/octave
• Equivalent grms = 12
• Testing conducted per MIL-STD-810F Method 514.5 Procedure 1
