6U VPX Rear Transition Module with 100 Gigabit or 40 Gigabit Ethernet, USB, Serial, and XIM/PIM Sites

The XIt1052 provides I/O expansion for Intel® Xeon® D-1700 and D-2700 series (formerly Ice Lake-D) processor-based 6U VPX single board computers (SBCs). Its elongated design fits in VITA 46.10 RTM slots and allows for convenient access to more I/O connectors than standard VITA 46.10 RTMs. The XIt1052 features two SFP+ connectors for two 1000BASE-KX Ethernet ports, plus two zQSFP+ connectors that can be configured for either two 100GBASE-KR4 Ethernet ports or eight 25GBASE-KR Ethernet ports.

The XIt1052 provides I/O expansion for Intel® Xeon® D-1700 and D-2700 series (formerly Ice Lake-D) processor-based 6U VPX single board computers (SBCs). Its elongated design fits in VITA 46.10 RTM slots and allows for convenient access to more I/O connectors than standard VITA 46.10 RTMs.

The XIt1052 features two SFP+ connectors for two 1000BASE-KX Ethernet ports, plus two zQSFP+ connectors that can be configured for either two 100GBASE-KR4 Ethernet ports or eight 25GBASE-KR Ethernet ports. Two RJ-45 connectors support a pair of 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports. The XIt1052 also supports two RS-232/422/485 serial ports and two USB 2.0 ports.

Two XIM/PIM sites allow for access to the P64s signals from P3 and P5 and access to the X8d and X12d signals from P4 and P6. Optional XIM trays can be installed to support XIM/PIM modules (contact factory for details). Multiple M.2 sites can support up to five x4 PCI Express interfaces.
