3U VPX Rear Transition Module with 40 Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet, USB, Serial, and XIM Site

The XIt1097 provides I/O expansion for Intel® Xeon® D-1700 series (formerly Ice Lake-D) processor-based 3U VPX single board computers (SBCs). Its elongated design fits in VITA 46.10 RTM slots and allows for convenient access to more I/O connectors than standard VITA 46.10 RTMs.

The XIt1097 features two SFP+ connectors for two 10GBASE-R Ethernet ports, plus a zQSFP+ connector that can be configured for either one 40GBASE-R Ethernet port or four 10GBASE-R Ethernet ports.

The XIt1097 provides I/O expansion for Intel® Xeon® D-1700 and D-2700 series (formerly Ice Lake-D) processor-based 3U VPX single board computers (SBCs). Its elongated design fits in VITA 46.10 RTM slots and allows for convenient access to more I/O connectors than standard VITA 46.10 RTMs.

The XIt1097 features two SFP+ connectors for two 10GBASE-R Ethernet ports, plus a zQSFP+ connector that can be configured for either one 40GBASE-R Ethernet port or four 10GBASE-R Ethernet ports. An RJ-45 connector supports one 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port. The XIt1097 also supports two RS-232/422/485 serial ports and two USB 2.0 ports.

One XIM site allows for access to the X12d signals from P1. An optional XIM tray can be installed to support XIM modules (contact factory for details). Multiple M.2 sites can support up to three x4 PCI Express interfaces and two x2 PCI Express interfaces.
